“Every time I went to the front desk nobody was there. I had to ring the bell several times or go and search for the person elsewhere. Bedsheets in my room were burnt, towels weren't clean, the tv had a blue hue that affected the picture, none of the vending machines were operational. Housekeepers were sweet and helpful and so was the staff when they were around.”
