"The staff were helpful and friendly. Offering any help I may need during my stay (6 days). It was very quiet even though the hotel appeared to fill up every night. It is conveniently located near restaurants, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, and not too far from East Aurora. The cell reception was very good (Verizon). I will definitely stay there again in the future."

"Our stay at Paul & Sandy’s was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. You can immediately tell they put so much heart and care into creating a truly welcoming experience. The attention to detail was unlike anything we’ve experienced at other VRBO rentals.The extras they included made such a difference — plenty of towels, thoughtful personal items and paper products stocked throughout the home, a beautiful welcome basket, and even a delicious cinnamon roll gift that felt so warm and personal. It’s rare to find a rental that feels this cared for and generously prepared.The bedding was fabulous, the furniture was incredibly comfortable, and every space felt cozy, polished, and relaxing. The outdoor area was beautiful as well, and although we unfortunately weren’t able to enjoy it because of the rain, we could tell it would have been a perfect place to unwind.There were so many extra amenities that made the stay feel elevated and stress-free. On top of all of that, communication was fabulous the entire time — responsive, kind, and helpful.This was one of those stays that genuinely stands out, and we will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Paul & Sandy’s to anyone looking for the perfect home in the area."

"Place is goodabout the expectation. Price at begining of booking was good ..later ..a lot of surcharges....and the way is set up..we ended..going to wallmart and spend 60 more for bedsheats....because ..we missed on your website some fineprint...warning the customer to get his own bedding....so with the final price we could stay in Microtell next village and not worries about it. Hosts were Good"

"It was similar to its description. I do want to point out it was dirtier than I expected it to be. There was lots of dust and old food on the floor, more than I was comfortable with. I think it needed a more thorough cleaning than what I saw when I got there. Otherwise it fit the bill for a place to stay close to letchworth state park. Has a great view of the lake, spacious, cozy."

"The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms weren’t very clean. There were paint chips everywhere. No curtain was on the kitchen window so it was very bright in the morning. The shampoo was in an impossible to open packet. There was no conditioner. There were no outlets near the beds to charge our phones."

"The lake view was very nice. The weather was cold and windy, so we had limited opportunity to enjoy the lake. We didn't need the laundry service. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the internet service. He had the Spectrum technician at the house at 8 AM the next morning.The house accommodations were modern, clean and spacious. It was a perfect distance from the Letchworth State park. I found out too late about the golf course across the lake!"
