“We stayed at the 1023 Bungalow with my family during the World Cup matches in Kansas City and it was exactly what we needed. The location made everything easy: close enough to get around the city without dealing with downtown parking and traffic every day, and quiet enough that we could actually unwind after long days out.The place itself was spotless from the moment we walked in. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for the mornings we wanted to cook instead of eat out,……

“It was a nice quiet location. Power went out for 36 hours, and the host worked with us to get us a partial refund.”

“Great location, walkable to streetcar and city market”

“This was a perfect space for our short trip to Kansas City. Ashley was a wonderful host, making sure to clearly communicate and continually checked on us during our stay. We will most certainly return sometime soon.”

“Was perfect for my needs. Kitchen was equipped, and the home was very clean. I will definitely rebook ”

“Very nice spot. Super close to everything in KC!”

“The apartment was just as advertised. Communication was good and answered my questions quickly. My son was playing volleyball at the Convention center and this was a great location, just a 6 minute walk. Also close to the free streetcar route. There was a grocery store, Cosentino's market, about 1/2 mile away. A couple of pubs and a pizza hut with a few blocks. Having the parking space was a huge plus so I didn't have to search for parking. Washer/dryer in the basement made it easy to clean……

“Great stay, great host. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Yes there was shops near by, everything was relatively a 10 minute walk all less than 20 minutes ”

“It was a great spot to get to uptown for our concert and walk across the street to the grocery store! On the downside I reported issues to the owner or management company and I feel like they don’t care about issues-like plumbing and mold, I even sent photos and feel like they don’t care very sad!”

“It was a very nice stay.”

“I liked the rooms , kitchen , bathroom, it was clean and the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we need ,and it was an easy process. I would recommend ,and I would go back again”
