「I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. The apartment had a very strong chemical smell that even stayed on my clothes after leaving. The hallway also smelled unpleasant. The biggest issue was the constant loud noise from the air-conditioning system, which made it hard to sleep. There were also many flies in the apartment. When I addressed these concerns to the owner, my message was ignored. Just something to keep in mind before booking.」

「Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. The rental company was very...

「I enjoyed my stay at this place! The apartment is very spacious and I loved how close it is to the beach (just a 5 minute walk). The building also has some nice things to offer, such as a small coffee shop, a mini market, a well-equiped gym, and a pool. As others have pointed out, the place has some issues though. The balcony was closed off unannounced due to renovations of the facade, a disappointment as I had looked forward to spending time there. The shower doesn't run through well, so within...

Elevator lines at check in was long but it moved quickly met alot of people on the elevator we were on the 24th floor. Phones didnt work, had to get maintenance for the microwaves, weight scale in the bathroom had no batteries. 「It was a side view of city and beach, great but couldn't see directly in front of hotel. balconies are side by side but no one beside us was on theirs. Construction next door bothersome in daytime. When the building goes up I'm afraid the view will be blocked. Host stayed in contact, safe for families. 」
