Beautiful Oceanfront Condo + Free Attraction Tickets!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom oceanfront condo is less than 100 steps to the beach! Unit can comfortably accommodate six, with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. The main bedroom offers a private full bathroom, the twin bedroom has a private half bathroom and the unit includes one additional shared full bathroom.

The unit has all new floors and a new heat pump as of Fall 2024. The unit features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, washer and dryer, free wi-fi and cable television in the living room and all three bedrooms. The living room has all new furniture as of Fall 2022, including a new 65” smart TV.

Beach chairs and beach towels are provided with this rental. You can also enjoy the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from the private balcony off the main bedroom. Everyone’s favorite spot, though, is the two-person porch swing on the direct oceanfront screened-in balcony off the living room! Within these walls, you will have the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach - truly your home away from home.

Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club is conveniently located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts and a BBQ area. Visitors love the short two-block walk to Main Street for Shag dancing, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir and specialty shops, beach bars and an arcade.

The property was wonderful, location was perfect. My kids enjoying the beach and the pool. We had some issues with ants, but talked with the rental property and got it sorted out. Unit was the perfect size for my family and I would go back again.

Great location, loved the swing on our patio, amenities in unit were just what we needed for the week, the pools were clean and refreshing, beach was not overcrowded and chair service (provided by the City) was reasonable, the complex is a very short walk to good food and shopping on Main Street. Loved everything about it and looking to book a return trip next year!

Beachfront dream!

This condo was simply lovely! Very clean and spacious, perfect for my husband and I, our daughter and her 2 teenage friends. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for 3 teenage girls. The porch swing was a hit, so amazing to sit overlooking the balcony, swinging and reading a book! Beds were very comfy too. The only negative point is that the condo directly above us was VERY NOISY, it must’ve been a family with small children who were running around, jumping and pounding their feet all hours of the day. When they weren’t there, it was nice and quiet. The beach was very clean, well maintained, and rental chairs and umbrellas were available nearby, the pool was nice, chairs in sun and in shade available. Walking distance to some nice restaurants (we LOVED Buoy’s, and Melt ice cream stand). Cheesy souvenir shops walkable distance as well!We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing holiday here in the condo!The view of full strawberry moon was spectacular from our balconies.

Put Simply, A Great Week

The accommodations, amenities and location were perfect for four 65+ golfers to celebrate 25 years of trips together. The condo had everything we needed for entertainment and cooking and the resort pool and hot tub were surprisingly both open for November use. Fantastic weather, six rounds of golf, walks on the beach and a couple of happy hours made for a perfect week.

The oceanfront condo was perfect for our 3 generation family getaway. It was clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Dinner, ice cream and cocktails and line dancing were just a few blocks away. Coffee on the porch swing while looking out at the ocean waves was wonderful. We highly recommend

For the most part we were happy with our stay just a few things that need to be updated....the AC didnt always work ...the kitchen sink drain kept getting plugged and the front screen door handle fell off the first time we touched it when we arrived...but other than that we had a good time

Great view of the beach

We had a great stay at this property. We loved having such easy access to the beach as well as the location in relation to all the other things in North Myrtle Beach. The view from the balcony was great, and really enjoyed being able to sit and watch the ocean while having some coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The property was very clean. The only real complaints we had was there were no extra rolls of toilet paper or extra trash bags. For a family of 5 for a week it would be nice if we didn't have to go out and by more toilet paper and trash bags. These are very simple and inexpensive items that should be supplied by the property. Same goes with the laundry room, they ask that you wash the beach towels if you use them, but you have to go buy your own laundry detergent. Another very inexpensive items that could make your guests stay better. Speaking of beach towels, we booked the property for 5 people but they only supplied 4 beach towels. Maybe look to see how many people are booked to stay and leave the appropriate number of beach towels.

Enjoyed the location. The photos depict a much brighter cheerful residence but i found it to be quite dreary. Old carpet, floors, countertops in kitchen. The hair dryer provided was so dirty i had to clean it before using. Bed in master and pillows were comfortable but room was quite warm. A fan would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in 225. Loved seat in the porch swing in the evening watching the waves. Also enjoyed having breakfast out there on the screened porch. This was by far the cleanest, roomiest and best priced living quarters we have experienced in either Myrtle Beach or at Gulf Shores. The kitchen utensils were numerous, up to date and in very good condition. A great beach front piece of property. We will definitely rent from this property and North Myrtle Beach Realty again. The check in process was very helpful. The location was perfect. We bought food and stored in the cabinets after it was opened, the next morning it was filled with ants. We ended up tossing out all that we had bought. The Primary Bedroom bed is as hard as a rock!! Very uncomfortable.

Lovely view & so close to the beach

We really enjoyed the excellent view and proximity to the beach. The porch swing on the balcony is a great feature. The condo was clean and comfortable. A couple of small details- there was only one dish towel in the kitchen so it would have been nice to have a couple of extras. Also, the tv remotes needed new batteries. Overall our family enjoyed our stay.

Our overall experience was great. A little mishap where the owners changed the modem so didn’t have internet the first night. The rental office told us we were in building 2 but in fact it is actually building 1. Other than that it was clean and big enough for us!

Annual Girl's Trip

We regularly stay at Tilghman, so are familiar with the condo layout and amenities but this was our first time oceanfront. We loved the view and the screen porch seating. The decor is cute & beachy without being too kische. We had the kitchenware we needed to prepare meals at the condo. The living room seating is very comfortable. We appreciated that we didn't have to provide our own linens or beach towels. The mattresses weren't super comfy, but we managed and we wished there had been keyless entry so we didn't have to make an extra stop to pick up and drop off keys. There is construction happening in the building that we stayed in which started at 8am on Friday and Saturday when we were there. If you have late sleepers put them in the master where the hammering is muffled. Overall great place.

Beachfront Getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, being able to listen to the waves at any time was a nice bonus. Issues I had were resolved quickly and communication was open and easy. We used the hot tub at the condo as well, it was clean and towels were provided in the condo to use. Toys and beach chairs were also provided which helped immensely. Condo was within quick walking distance to the Main Street, we did minimal driving to get food and do activities. We’re looking forward to booking for next year’s vacation.
