Great house and awesome location on the channel!

Hosts were great. House is new and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the hot tub and grilling out low country boil under the house. We used the golf cart too and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood and to/from the beach. Highly recommend these guys and this house!

Ringing in the New Year at Channel Catch!

We stayed with friends all week at Channel Catch and had a wonderful time! This is a very nice property that is well appointed and essentially a brand new house. We enjoyed watching the football games while in the hot tub underneath the house and overlooking the canal. My friend also brought his Sea Hunt center console boat which we were able to launch a few blocks down from the public boat ramp and keep at our dock (it is a deep water dock and floats at low tide). The flounder were not running but we caught sea trout and a small sheep's head which we threw back. Underneath the house is a great place to entertain. We made low country stew one night and steaks another on the gas grill. There is also a gas fire pit that came in handy during the cool evening's while hanging out. You can also rent the EZ Go golf cart which we used to go for rides to the park and to check out the neighborhood (check out 59th Ave N which has a great view of Hog's Inlet. The den is comfortable with a large TV and each bedroom had its own Roku TV and remote (all new). All in all this is a great place to stay - highly recommend it.

New house, very clean, great location and fabulous furnishings!!!!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. This house is very cute and quaint with new furnishings, appliances and all the luxury you want. The house is new and has not ever been lived in. There is a large sun deck on the back of the house overlooking the creek. This is the last creek in Cherry Grove and the closest one to the inlet. The dock is large and can accommodate a large boat. While we didn't use it, there is a large 6 person BullFrog hot tub underneath the house with a large screen TV and nice sitting area. Perfect place to grill and have an outdoor dinner. We also sat around the firepit and while it was cold that evening, the fire kept us warm. The house also comes with an option to rent their golf cart which is in the garage. We had fun riding around the beach and while it is close enough proximity to walk, we were able to use the golf cart to drop off my eldery mom and in-laws to see the beach. There is also a handicap elevator which came in great use for my in-laws who do not do steps at all. You must check out 'Channel Catch' for your next beach vacation!!!! This is definitely a 5 star review and property.
