Property was in a great location. The rest of my family stayed in a rental house next door to where we stayed. The place was not bad, very clean, just older. The mattress’s were very old and uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The place was nice. The only thing I would suggest is that you either replace the queen size mattress or at least get a padded mattress pad as it was so uncomfortable my husband wasn’t able to sleep on it because it hurt his back.

Raintree villas

Good location, properties show their age but was kept clean. Minor inconveniences- tub drain was clogged, balcony door was hard to open, floor felt like it was sagging from previous water damage. I did not feel it would be worthwhile to have any of these addressed during our stay so I never made any complaints of them. Overall a good vacation.
