The bathroom has been recently updated with a new vanity and high rise toilet, a combination shower/tub with adorable beachy beadboard wainscoting accents. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine/ dryer combo available for use. The kitchen features granite counters with a pantry, stove/oven combo, microwave, full size refrigerator, dish washer, keurig coffee machine, toaster/oven combo, a breakfast bar and is open to the living area and screened porch beyond. This clean one bedroom, one bath condo can be the perfect beach vacation for both small families looking to enjoy an action packed beach trip or for couple's looking for that romantic get-a-way where you can spend your time on the beach watching beautiful sunrises in the morning, your toes in the sand during the day and your evenings watching the breathtaking sunsets over the ocean.
