「Very well appointed house. Lovely outside table and deck with a heated salt water pool. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Bob is quick to reply.」

「The property owner was so responsive and informative. The home was outstanding - we now love a SPOOL! The house was very spacious with so many amenities. The bedrooms were big and the bathrooms were up to date. We love the master shower! The beds were comfy. The host thought of many details. Beach passes, garage door opener, laundry detergent, spices, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas! It was all there!! We will be back!」

「The air conditioner was not working throughout the stay. While the owner had a fix and did send over a technician after a few calls we found ourselves spending a lot of time trying to get the Ac to work. Otherwise the house was very nice, one pillowcase a bit dirty. Lots of instructions which was fine. Suggest stocking a few bottles of water in the fridge as a starter package and some small sample soaps and shampoos Pool was really nice and location was nice. If it hadn’t been for the AC I...

「Our family had great time at this rental property in Naples. The property was spotless when we arrived and the extra accommodations were great. The property owner was attentive and close by if we needed anything. There are plenty of great places to eat close by as well as beach accesses. The state park pass and beach parking pass were really cool extras that we haven’t received when staying at other houses in the past in Naples. Our stay was great with no issues and no complaints. 「Walls were thin, you could hear the noise above you and outside the doors. We were kept up late at night by noise above us multiple nights. As long as you don’t have noisy neighbors there’s really nothing to complain about. The prices on the simplest of thinks was quite offensive. $26 croissant from the cafe lol」

「We have stayed here a few times. My only disappointment was we were not facing the river - which I did not request (so my fault) There is a restaurant and we had breakfast - it was very good and reasonably priced. 」
