“The AC was out and so the room got super hot. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Neighbors were load, drinking and smoking in their rooms and outside. Never again will I use this place.”

“Staff was great! Super nice and helpful. The property was nice but we got absolutely no sleep. Very loud with neighbors slamming doors and blasting music at 3 am. Our room smelled. I did have to go buy air freshener. Shower curtain looked very bad on the bottom with lots of stains. From the pics I saw on Expedia it did not look like our room.”

“This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. To my disbelief the door opened without a key being utilized, so anyone could have walked up and opened the door. Front……

“Easy check in and out, water flow in shower was low. No microwave in room but does have mini fridge.”

“The attractions are great. But other areas have a lot of room for improvement.”

“Something went wrong with the air conditioner, and I woke up in the entire room was soaking wet never touched the air conditioner. I don’t know what setting it was supposed to be on. It was the setting they put it on, but I woke up soaking wet, went downstairs ass for help. They offered me more towels to clean up all the water on the floor. That’s not really what I was looking for didn’t sleep half the night because I was soaking wet in my bed.”

“The crew checked in and went to work at 5:00pm after work at 1:30am they gave back keys and left, they never stayed in the rooms!”
