Blue Palms is directly on the beach on the Atlantic side of Eleuthera in North Palmetto Point. Our 4 bedroom home has all NEW ENSUITE BATHROOMS for your comfort and privacy.

And two separate, shaded Bahama-style porches. The front porch very private and well away from the road. It is surrounded by lush, tropical flowers which, attract hummingbirds and has 4 comfortable rocking chairs.
The back (ocean side) covered porch allows panoramic views of the beautiful, aqua ocean waters and is outfitted with dining furniture and new Pottery Barn lounge seating. Either porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails, for finding the sunny spot or cool shade depending to the time of day.
Enjoy our 12' X 24' in-ground, beach front pool with stunning ocean views and a large SUN SHELF. The pool is HEATED to 85 degrees in the winter months (Mid November to Mid April). New chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas and poolside dining table complete the pool patio area. A lighted, paved walkway leads to the beachfront shaded cabana and the beach. The pink sand beach is 50 yards from the house and is over 2 plus miles long, great for walking, shelling, and collecting sea glass and other beach treasures. The warm, turquoise ocean has numerous coral reefs just a few feet offshore - perfect for snorkeling! A shaded bamboo sunning deck/cabana overhangs the beach. From this elevated location we have seen rays, turtles, barracudas, dolphins and other fish swimming by. A hammock ensures relaxation, and our two- two person kayaks will enable you to explore the numerous reefs just offshore. The house has all the amenities you need: a newly installed generator connected to whole house, CENTRAL AIR conditioner, a flat screen TV and newly installed StarLInk internet and TV connection.
A new, large Stainless steel gas grill built into a tiled outside bar/serving counter , purified in-sink drinking water in all faucets, a fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, coffeemakers, both Mr. Coffee and Keurig single serve, ice maker, blender and ice crusher) and all the comforts of home: hair dryers, linens, towels, DVDs, books, games and 4 beach chairs, beach coolers & beach umbrellas.
All bedrooms have room cooling ceiling fans. Shower outside "En plein air" under our two separate but private, bamboo enclosed structures, both having wonderful views of the sky, gorgeous ocean and varied tropical plants and palms trees. Enjoy a quiet and private spot to relax on our new Bahamian style front porch with wooden rocking chairs and natural accent tables. View the lush landscaping featuring a varied assortment of native, colorful tropical plants.
Also, this property is one single home with the pool for the rentals guests only. There is no sharing of the pool with other guests. Neither the caretaker nor the owner are present on the property during your stay.
** Both new bathrooms are easy access with a "no-curb" shower entrance.
Groceries can be stocked before your arrival by contacting our caretaker. Also a local chef can either cook or deliver Bahamian style meals.
