「Check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Cooked to order and many delicious options. By far the favorite place I’ve ever stayed on vacation. Very conveniently located.」

「The place was clean and breakfast fairly decent. We booked 2 queen sized beds. On check in we were given a queen bed and a couch with a pullout bed. I pointed out the discrepancy and the hotel staff blamed it on the app-saying that 3rd party companies simply searches for an empty room, not what is advertised. Neither the app nor the hotel would honor the agreed upon room, both blamed each other. I will no longer use apps but I also blame the hotel. If they know this is happening, they...

「Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and showed us to our room right away. The room was clean matched the description exactly. We enjoyed a prepared breakfast that was great. Hope to go back again soon.」

「WiFi unavailable. Soap missing from bathroom. Food mediocre. Tub needs rubber mat due to slippery surface. This contributed to my fall in the tub. Very expensive for a 2 star stay!」

「They were able to get me in a room early. That was nice but the room wasn't very clean. The bathroom had no exhaust fan so there was mold on the ceiling and around the tube. Pretty gross.」

「Close to the downtown」

「There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. 」

「The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it.」
