The spacious open floor plan boasts a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a cozy living area, and large windows letting in natural light. Outside, enjoy a private pool and spa area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house, including the pool and spa, patio, and outdoor area. Enjoy the private pool at your leisure, heated for year-round use. The spa is easy to operate, allowing for maximum relaxation during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, this home offers a peaceful retreat while being just minutes from downtown and the beach. Family-friendly parks and top-rated restaurants are just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to fully explore the area. The house offers parking for up to 4 vehicles, with easy access to major highways. Uber and Lyft services are readily available.

Please note that no parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am to respect our neighbors. Pets are not allowed with prior approval.
