We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully……
