「This property was the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach! The beachfront had plenty of sun chairs, umbrellas, and trees for shade, and never had trouble getting a relaxing spot. The condo was spotless with a well appointed kitchen and helpful items like a cooler and water floats. Great communication with owner and easy access to property - will certainly stay again, prime spot for a gorgeous sunset!」

「This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this...

The location is amazing — you are ten yards from a private beach. It is on the very quiet side of the island, a block from the national park and across the street from what is possibly the best restaurant on Grand Cayman. Cannot say enough positive things.
