Beautiful Property

Beautiful beach location and comfortable for our group. Lots of starfish on the beach and even some lionfish under the dock! The sunsets were amazing and we were withing walking distance to Kaibo and a short drive to Rum Point! 10/10

Crystal Waters

The property is ideal for large groups. We usage for a family of 11 ranging from age 5 to 71. The bedrooms are spacious and well appointed. The remainder of the house is spectacular with ocean, front property and an infinity pool. There are multiple seating areas the kitchen is state of the art. I couldn’t imagine a better place for a family reunion.

Grand Cayman Vacation

The property was spectacular. There were 10 of us celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. House was lovely. Penni the property manager was very helpful. The villa and beach were as pictured. Lots of room for 10 people to relax. Private Chef Carlos cooked fabulous dinner. Chartered a boat to Stingray City, went to Crystal Caves, paddle boarded and kayaked from the shore. Highly recommend this place.

Due to COVID-related travel issues, I did not get a chance to stay here, unfortunately. However, the management was SO incredibly helpful in navigating the cancelation that I will certainly try to rebook, as soon as I am able, and encourage friends and family to do the same. The excellent communication was a great comfort in this difficult time.

We loved the property, setting, and location. The beach, pool, dock and outdoor equipment was an added bonus. Our entire family totally enjoyed our week! However, for a high-end rental, the kitchen appliances and accessories (pans, silverware, knives, etc) were minimal at best.

The perfect dream home

Everything about this house is stunning, including the warm hospitality of the owner. This home will not disappoint, it is clean, spacious, comfortable and the owner has thought of every detail that guests will need. The pool is gorgeous, several kayaks, life jackets, and paddle boards are provided. The master bedroom views of the beach and ocean are breathtaking. Rum Point and Kaibo restaurant are all an easy walk away. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The owner even checked on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. I would book this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic property for my family of 11 (6 adults, 5 grandchildren). Large 5,200 sqft delightful home

This was the perfect house for our large family right on a double lot full of palm trees on a sandy beach. The owners (the Purtons) who live close by welcomed us to the home and were quite helpful during our week stay. There were 3 kayaks, and 3 paddle boards on the property, so all the grandkids had their own water crafts. They also found giant starfish in waist deep water in front of the house. Across the street is Kibo restaurant and marina that was very convenient and the food was reasonable and well prepared. Just a few miles away is Rum Point restaurant and marina where we also ate and snorkeled and met Mark Cuban who has a house on the East. side. The North part of Grand Cayman is much less crowded than 7 mile beach and less expensive. All in all it was an A+.
