Upon arrival, the staff were so friendly and the hotel clean and cute. The lobby area has beautiful art and it’s very inviting. The room was clean and had a working fridge and iron. There was no microwave (for those needing one). My room didn’t have a jacuzzi tub but the shower was amazing! The staff at checkout was super friendly. This hotel is only a few miles away from Foxwoods Casino. We didn’t get a chance to utilize the shuttle but they have one that makes frequent trips back and forth throughout the day and I believe it stops around midnight. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay. It’s was a wonderful experience.

Hotel seemed to be full, only 2 elevators, 1 was out of service. There is a shuttle to Foxwoods, prepare yourself for plan B if you plan on using it. The "shuttle" is a small van, 12-13 passengers only, which sounds like a lot but when there is a concert it fills up fast and you will be lucky to get a seat. When the hotel is full and there are 2 concerts at Foxwoods their planned runs are just not enough, They should invest in a larger vehicle or have 2 for more frequent runs. We had to wait to take the shuttle on the way there and back for the next one because it filled so fast. And the ones we got on had others waiting because they couldn't get on. With a hotel full of people you would think they would have plenty of coffee in urns in the lobby in the morning, go to plan B again. I went to the lobby twice for coffee and it was empty. When I checked out the staff offered coffee, except it was empty. The management of this hotel doesn't know how to prepare for a full hotel. Skip this one and stay somewhere else.

Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not match the baseboards, giving the space an unfinished pieced feel. There was also a ceiling fan that did not feel securely installed, which raised some safety concerns. Additionally, the television was not functioning properly—we had to adjust the wiring to get it to work, and there were exposed wires hanging behind it. Overall, the condition of the room did not reflect the price we paid. When I approached the front desk, I was informed that no other rooms were available. To be fair, I did bring these concerns to the main office, and someone from the facility did reach out, though I have not yet had the opportunity to follow up. This is not shared to criticize, but rather to inform. For those considering staying here, it may meet expectations depending on what you are comfortable with. However, in my opinion, the overall condition was below standard for a rate exceeding $350 per night. That said, the staff was very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated.
