Very good location; new, quiet and clean room, fair breakfast; it's great there is free drink and fruit in basement, definitely a good stay, if i travel to Limerick in the future again, i must stay in this hotel!

We stayed for four nights, and had very good impression. the staff are overall very professional. The only weakness were the staff at the reception who were not very helpful.

Excellent service , sure will stay again

There is no air conditioning but ceiling fan only, it will be hot during summer months like July and August. The staff in general are very helpful and sincere. The breakfast quality is good.
