「We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

「The staff were very nice and accommodating and were the best part of our stay. It’s right on the water and the access to the private beach was amazing. The only downside I would say would be some of the upkeep of the property feels like it is deteriorating. The indoor pool and hot tub were in rough conditions as well the bubbles that had brown spots several times. We also arrived to silverware and dishes that weren’t clean in the cabinets.
