"Great location. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, but the rest of the unit was old and outdated. The windows were so old that you had to use a wooden piece or rock to prop them open. One full bathroom is located off the kitchen, but there are no curtains in the kitchen so when you take a shower you need to wear a robe or be fully dressed when walking passed the windows. The grass in the fenced-in front yard had not been mowed in a very long time and was about 3 feet tall. Because...

"We found the property very clean and wel-kept. We were very pleased with the layout of the room and second bedroom as we were traveling with our 18 year old daughter and the separate rooms for comfort and privacy were a nice bonus. The continental breakfast was good. A little variety day to day might have been nice (a suggestion, not a complaint.) overall we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again next time we travel to ptown. "

"The cottage was exactly what we were looking for, a quiet place on the beach to relax for the week. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading and enjoying the water. Dinners were a short drive to Provincetown or Wellfleet. Tony was very responsive via email. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Cape. "

"Beautiful little cottage with a spacious deck right on the beach. Perfect for couples. Inside is clean, well-designed and comfortable with seemingly every need anticipated. The deck has loungers for sunning, Adirondack chairs for a sunset cocktail, and a gas grill and picnic table for an evening meal at home. Owner was exceptionally responsive. "

"5 stars because the owner kindly moved us up to 2nd floor room for the 4th fireworks. Happy to report that for an older property the soundproofing is really pretty good. Grounds are lovely and clean, room was basic and functional. Be prepared for a tiny bathroom. Nice place to stay overall. Do not miss the spice store next door which is many things besides spices. Vey convenient to Ptown. "

Beachfront on our private beach! Driftwood Cottage - Pipers' Shore

Great location close to P-Town and Beaches

"We had a great stay - this was a perfect location, 10 mins to everything in the area. So nice to walk to the bay with coffee in the morning and in the evening for sunset and pictures. Days Market down the street is perfect for breakfast, lunch and local beer, etc. The cabin itself was perfect for a couple of days. We had a major heat wave and can attest to the a/c working perfectly. We traveled with our family ages 8-75. There is only one bathroom but that didn’t deter us and we’re so glad because the location and charm of the property more than makes up for it. One note - the stairs have a half railing on the top half so you can’t grip it fully until halfway down the steps. Thanks for a wonderful family trip to the Cape! "
