「Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. 」

「Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should...

「Whilst the property was clean, it needs a lot of work and updating. Felt dark and shabby. Photos of how close you are to the harbour are misleading. Outside area was in need of work and lounger covers badly stained. 」

「We stayed for 2 nights as a group of 6 friends plus a doggo. We were made feel very welcome, the house was clean and spacious, beds comfy, couldn't ask for anything else. We enjoyed the walks up the mountains straight from the house, and gorgeous beach walks. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.」

「Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. 」

「The apartment was spotless and in a great location for shops/bars/eateries and of course the station, a 1 minute walk, and Spooners, the station bar and restaurant. Really good breakfast in there and the rest of the food was really nice. Great views from upstairs in the lounge/ kitchen. Everything we needed was there and lovely touch with the milk in the fridge and the Welsh cakes. They were lovely but couldnt find anywhere that had any in stock.
