Great location right in the heart of Liverpool, Perfect for two families with one kid or two couples. Very clean, comfortable and secure. Also comes with a lift to the ground floor which the elder members of my family found very useful. Great communication with host. Very easy forms to complete, entry information delivered in plenty of time. I'd definitely use EPIC and the apartment again.

Perfect location only a 5 minute walk to the city centre. Apartment was lovely and well equipped. The only gripe i would have is the postcode sends you to its sister hotel just up the road and i had to phone for directions and it was solved very quickly. Overall i would recommend it to anyone and i will stay again when I go back to Liverpool.

Excellent location, easy check in and out. Parking not available at property but plenty of car parks within a few minutes walk although quite expensive. Had an awful sleep as bin trucks woke the whole house at 5am due to a window that we couldnt close due to being too high up. Place overall clean but did have dirty toilet brushes, dirty windows and needs a fresh lick of paint. But bedding, Kitchen and bathrooms clean. Some mattresses ok others sunken im and uncomfortable. Amazing space spread over 3 floors but lift to flat is tiny. Says for 4 people but can really only fit 2. Has towels and few essentials like an iron, washing up liquid and small showergel and soap, plemty of kitchenware with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and oven. Overall ok for the price but probably wouldnt stay again.

Great value venue with excellent customer service from the reception team. Improvements would be: having basic cleaning utensils availale like a brush & pan / hoover, one of the showers flooded the bathroom so that needs fixing and also the unstated security deposit could’ve been clearer (requested directly in order to check in but not stated upon booking)

Excellent stay. Perfect location and so easy to contact EPIC with any queries. We were upgraded from a 2 bed apartment to a 4 bed apartment, perfect for our hen party. Apartment was spotless and very comfy beds. Couldn’t have asked for anything better! Will definitely be returning in the future 👍

Great apartment, everything was spotless. It was quiet even with the road outside. Plenty of space and the beds were comdy. Just a couple of things like the heating in the upstairs bedroom wouldn't turn on and the TV remote was out of battery, but I'm sure they'll be fixed, Other than that it was perfect.

The apartment was really beautiful, great location and we had everything we needed. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that it was very noisy. The bedroom windows backed onto a small lane, where there were bin trucks collecting glass bottles from wheely bins all through the night. We didn't get much sleep and that was difficult with small kids. This was worse midweek, it started at 3 or 4am and continued until 7am. The sound was extremely loud, if it was just the noise of trucks we may have slept through it but every time they emptied a bin there was a huge crash of glass. This happened a lot less at the weekend, but it affected us a lot with the kids.

La ubicación es espectacular! Está recién remodelado y los espacios son grandes y todo muy cómodo!!! Sin embargo, el colchón de la cama principal no es muy suave y no es del nivel del penthhouse! Además, necesitan arreglar los olores que vienen por los ductos ya que se siente todo de los restaurantes del edificio lo cual es muy tóxico. Finalmente, el baño del segundo cuarto, necesitan terminan de poner una cortina para la ducha ya que no tiene y es imposible bañarse sin dejar todo el baño mojado lleno de agua.

The apartment was in very good condition. It was clean and extremely comfortable for our family group. It was in a convenient location, close to pubs and restaurants. The furniture, fixtures and fittings were of very good quality indeed. Although all bathroom towels were provided, it would have been helpful to have a tea towel in the kitchen. We would certainly recommend to family and friends.
