「Overall stay was ok. I booked this last minute and requested a walk in shower, however when I arrived I was told this wasn't available, unless I wanted to pay to upgrade. As this was a business trip that wasn't possible - if I'd have known before I could have organised the upgrade. However no-one contacted me to advise so I assumed all was ok.」
