「We booked last minute and were very impressed with the cabin just perfect for a peaceful getaway but close enough to so many walks and places to visit. Took our dog as well and so safe for him to have room to move onto the patio area as gated off and lovely walk around the site with a kids park as well. Love to go back soon.」

「Everything was as listed comfy and unique.With beautiful surroundings lots of countryside with beautiful views. We travelled to the beach and went board surfing then back to the Shepherds hut were we lit the log fire and enjoyed Pizza that we cooked in the pizza oven that is on sitereally enjoyable stay.sitesitecooked 」

「My daughter and I stayed in the Orme lodge, it was lovely. Nice and warm, squirrels outside the windows. Hot tub is just a hot tub - not one with bubbles! so don't look for a button to press lol Very peaceful. If you go with kids (i went with teenager) then maybe take a laptop to watch netflix etc on. wifi connection great. Don't wear sliders on your feet when trying to do the fire or else you will slip on the mud which is hilarious to a teenager btw. Hot tub takes about 4 hours to...

「We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. 」

「I was misled by the search criteria - putting in dates i needed. Then booked in for different days. Yes, i should have checked. But i know my search criteria had correct dates and didnt know it would have offered outside criteria. Luckily one property was vacant and i was given that. I was grateful. BUT i have to say the cost was at least double to what would have been a fair Off grid is one thing, but for that expense i was expecting a shared fridge and some solar lighting/electricity!! Rip...
