「Just a hotel for our short stay in the way to Wales. Location beside the high way and only can buy foods from the petrol station nearby. Standard design of Holiday inn hotel group」

「Good location with a nice environment 」

「Buffet breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and hot. Room was comfortable.」

「No power sockets by the bed so as a cpap user this was an initial issue but I typically travel with an extension lead to mitigate this issue. The bedrooms are very dated. Beds are comfortable but things like the room hair dryer are very very old and last no longer than 5 minutes. Our room included access to the spa but didn't provide any robes but others did have them so an isolated issue.」

「Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable room」

「Location closed to Wrexham General and city center. Service are good. That must be my choice in next trip here」

「Lovely Hotel, booked a suite gorgeous decor, one complaint please purchase new pillows they were like bricks, both come away with sore necks, food and drink good, drinks at bar reasonably priced, Hotel has a very chilled vibe, would defo return for a weekend away, imagine in summer even nicer sitting out in the gardens. Used pool, jacuzzi and steam room all good, clean and not to busy, don’t hesitate on booking a stay lovely hotel all staff really helpful and friendly x」

「free parking. not easy to find」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「The hotel room was dark , however , due to a “rave “ next door we did not get any sleep due to the noise . Hotel Manager would not consider moving our room which was very frustrating.」
