Really liked the cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff. Location was perfect for City centre and restaurants. Spent a few days there and had a nice time. Would have preferred free parking but an outside company controls the parking under the hotel.

The hotel was great, Having the car park below was a huge bonus. Didn’t have long to really enjoy it as had a very early start. Didn’t manage to use the gym or have breakfast, would like to stay again in the 22nd but it’s almost 4 times the price.

I was given an upgraded room as the spa facilities were out of order. The room was very clean and bed very comfy. There was a coffee maker in the room and a free mini bar. Lovely views overlooking the city. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was my birthday there was a card brought to my room with a special biscuit saying happy birthday. I was given a drinks voucher to celebrate in the bar. Very nice

Pleasant stay

Lovely communal spaces, great size room with wonderful views (but windows need cleaning) Good breakfast. Air con not working (but heaters provided) and pillows were too hard. Good location. Would definitely come back so more pros than cons.
