“The hotel room was dark , however , due to a “rave “ next door we did not get any sleep due to the noise . Hotel Manager would not consider moving our room which was very frustrating.”

“Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.”

“房間面積夠大和整潔，職員熱心幫助，但浴室設施較舊”

“Always a clean hotel, great staff and incredible vibes”

“We enjoyed the great history of the hotel along with the very attentive staff and delicious meal we had in the evening. We opted for the suite with a spacious sitting room overlooking the amazing setting. Wonderful!”

“Fabulous hospitality, stunning location. Thank you”

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will……

“Difficult to find, parking not onsite as described, staff not helpful, restaurant limited and expensive, would never stay here again”

“Nice reception staff, lovely surroundings, great food and good service & recommendations by Joel at hotel restaurant.”

“Nil”

“Good clean room, staff were busy but helpful. Lovely breakfast and good dinner. Dining room lacked something. Bar good but a bit too pricey.”

“The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel ”

“Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom were clean”

“A convenient and stylish place to take rest, especially after a delayed long flight. The bar / restaurant at night could be a bit busy, but the room is comfortable, high privacy and does not bring hesitation to use. Breakfast is a plus. Spacious and quiet dinning area.”
