「We came to visit Brown University, and this place was absolutely perfect in terms of location. The room was spacious and spotless, with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bedroom. We felt very comfortable during our stay. We've already booked it again for Brown's summer program. Highly recommended!」

「Cindy is a very responsive & helpful hostess. She has tried to think of everything to make your stay comfortable. So nice to sit on the 2nd story deck & look at the boats on the water. Close to many restaurants, marinas, nice parks, lighthouse views. Near Aldrich Mansion & the lovely surrounding neighborhood. Hot tub is a fun bonus.」

「Perfect location, extremely clean and super comfy bed! The apt was immaculate and the coffee was great! Hosts were great communicators and I’d highly recommend staying here. We were able to visit the Cape and Newport from here and we walked down to the water for dinner! 」

「This was the perfect house for our friend group spending the weekend. Everything is as advertised, clean, great layout, big bedrooms, and very comfortable. 「Great location. Parking is a little tight.」

「Wonderful location but it is on a Main Street so there was foot noise all night. Flipped breaker and had no maintenance to attend to so had no lights or AC in one room on our last night. No overhead light in rear bathroom. Had a lamp in bathroom for lighting.」

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
