「Had trouble with dishwasher but everything was as expected it was a beautifully designed space.」

「No one was at the front desk when I arrived. No one answered the phone number provided either. My room keycard was sitting on the front desk for anyone to take. It was a poor check in experience. But the room was clean and the Bed was comfortable. No harm, no foul.」

「Rooms are old and musty. It did not look clean and smelled of cigarette smoke. The television did not work. You have to cast from the phone to the TV and that did not work. No one at the front desk explain this, nor is there any direction in the room explaining this. The bathroom still had used washcloths from the previous guest still in the shower. I was there for 2 nights so I just dealt with it, but the place can be much better if the rooms were modernized and actually cleaned...

「This property is overvalued for the experience it offers guests. 1. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is extremely inconvenient. 2. The bathroom sink was small without room to place toiletries. 3. The furniture on the seating living room needs a much needed upgrade both chairs and the couch. Will never consider booking with this business again. Thanks!」
