“This house with 4 bedrooms offers a great, family friendly and easy living getaway. The kitchen is very well stocked. From the outdoor deck you can just see the ocean & we experienced a lovely sunset.”

“Great value for money, secure, clean and private. This place was great for a one or two night stay. Close to surf beach and a short walk to shops and restaurants. Owner is pleasant and easy to deal with. Great little find.”

“We all enjoyed the house especially the hot tub. Great spot for a getaway with family.”

“Great little 4-bedroom house in a quiet court. Spacious backyard for dog to run around. Woodfire heater, corner spa bath big enough for 2 people and plenty of towels. Little outside area with table tennis. Short stroll to the surf beach. Only recommendation would be an upgrade to the hot water system maybe. Kept running out of hot water, especially at night, even after following the booster instructions. But other than that, we would definitely rent this house again and suggest to other……

“Location was the best - across the road and through the park we were at the beach, and if you go behind the property and through the carpark you were at all types of shops. Carpark was tight for larger car (Kia carnival), one toilet located on the lounge/master bedroom level, ground level is the kitchen and very top level had another big bed with a set of bunks. 29 stairs in total and hard if you want family time as kitchen on different level to lounge/TV area. Very clean, great to have a……

“Kilcunda Coast House was a very cute cottage set on a picturesque landscape with a view that you could stare at for hours! We went with our four ‘studying’ children so they could somewhat enjoy their exam preparation period. This cottage hit the mark with the wood fire, the large and well-equipped kitchen to prepare study snacks in, the coffee (fresh beans!) machine and comfortable beds. It didn’t necessarily bother us as we weren’t watching TV a lot but for some reason, we could only tune into……

“The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Cute cottage in Venus Bay. Very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for our short stopover. We loved the walk to the beach, and all the games we played for a fun family games night.”

“This tiny home is beautifully presented and just as described. We very much appreciated the quiet and the lovely animals too. ”

“The location was great and the house was very clean and comfy”

“Communication was clear and easy. The inside of the home was clean, every appliance we needed and more… perfect for a large family gathering with two spacious living rooms. However, the decking was of huge concern with a large gaping hole on the back deck and lifted and rotting decking at the entrance. This had been noted by another guest in Nov but by our stay in Dec had not been attended to. The decking cracked and bounced beneath our feet. A beautiful location but safety concerns were huge as……
