This two-bedroom condo at Deer Park is in a great location with a free shuttle service to Loon Mountain! Spend the fourth of July making memories, and enjoying this gorgeous hidden gem.  A queen bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the second room, and a sleep sofa allow up to six people!  There are two baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and wifi.  Enjoy the Recreation Center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, great room, video room, fitness room, racquetball/wallyball courts, and more!

See the FOURTH OF JULY PARADE and SPECTACULAR FIREWORKS, just a short walk downtown!

There are many activities and attractions within 30 minutes of this vacation rental condo!  In the summer you can enjoy several hiking trails for all abilities including 4000-footers, the flume, the basin, Indian Head, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale, Hobo Railroad, Lost River, and several other attractions! You can also go ziplining or ride the scenic gondola.  Or go over the Kancamagus Highway to North Conway in less than an hour!! In the winter there are several ski areas nearby. Loon Mountain is right down the road with shuttles.

After a fun day of full activities relax in the great room at the Recreation Center right on-site or by the gas fire in your condo and watch the river views from the deck. You'll want to stay the whole week to enjoy all of the White Mountains!!  Great weekly deals!! Ski and Stay Packages are available!

No Pets.  Up to 6 people, adult groups or families.  All adult groups must be 24 years or older. No Smoking

Awesome place both for summer and winter

We had been to Lincoln NH for many years but first time in the summer. We were lucky to stay at Deer Park. It is such a beautiful place. The property is very quiet and secluded. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. AC is good enough for NH weather. I would definitely recommend the place.
