「We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again.」

「It's a fairly basic 3* hotel. It's right in the services, so handy for grabbing a bite and the have a breakfast voucher option for £7.50 that gets you £10 to spend in the services. Hotel was clean, albeit a bit tired. Beds were comfortable enough, but one of our mattresses had a bit of a dip. Fan in the room was appreciated. We stayed 3 nights for Silverstone and it is fine for a short stay / stopover. We would normally stay in 4*+ hotels, but this was perfectly fine. Receptionist advised...

I found packets of white powder behind furniture( suspected drugs); there was long dark hair in bed anf on the floor; booked well in advance and requested for roller bed only to be told there we taken offered to another occupant & had to make kids beds on the floor (fortunately we brought extra bedding); sharing the shower cubicle with 2 other families was not ideal; i sneezed the whole weekend from the electric diffusers but it...

「Character room, good size with everything you would need. There were a few things that needed refreshing but it was all fine for a short stay. The breakfast was really good, hot and well presented with good coffee/tea. Good value for money and good location for many places to visit.」
