"I booked this hotel for my elderly parents as my mother had a hospital appointment close by, she is quite poorly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable ! she had a special meal cooked for her that she could eat (she has this was not on the menu and also they also made her an oatmilk porridge for breakfast) this meant so much to her as she is frightened to eat out normally. The hotel was spotless."
