「The room was clean and staff were very nice. However, bringing luggage and belongings in on a cart is extremely difficult. The hallway to the elevator is very narrow, it has a last minute turn before the elevator door and then the elevator itself is small. There’s not enough room for anyone or anything else if you’re taking a cart to the elevator. It’s a very poor design. It might be easier to just take a couple trips without the cart. It’s totally fine if you don’t have to use a cart. But...

「I got double charged from expedia and the lodge, I noticed the issue, contacted expedia and they refunded me. the AC is noisy. The environment is nice, and cafeteria food is good.」

「The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can...
