"Stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Breakfast sign said serving till 9:30. My husband and I went down for breakfast at 9, there was no juice, no hot food,no coffee. Everything was empty. My husband said something to front desk about there being no food. Their response was breakfast was over, my husband pointed out their sign saying breakfast till 9:30. Once again another hotel where you do not get what you pay for. We were not happy. Beds uncomfortable. Cheaply ran business"

"I've stayed at a lot of hotels of this chain and unfortunately this location was not up to par. I was in town for my daughter's high school competition and we spent all day (8+ hrs) at the high school and called ahead to make sure our room was ready by the time we'd be there and they said yes. We arrived an hr after check in only to be told we would have to wait another hr or so. I had exhausted kids ready to crash and the front desk receptionist could not give me a time frame. So we went to dinner and came back a little over an hr and the room was STILL NOT DONE so we waited another 30-45 min.. Was not impressed. And I know continental breakfasts are nothing fancy but when you run out of dishware and cutlery and the hot food was not good at all minus the waffle maker (you really can't mess that up). Will not be returning back to this establishment."

"Staff was unresponsive to questions in expedia app. Very far parking for accessible options and no help finding parking when we arrived. Fingernails, as in fake USED nails, had been left all over the bathroom floor. Restaurant was overpriced and mediocre. Wouldn't stay again."
