"I pre-paid for our stay through Hotels.com. I have been charged directly from the Hotel itself, 2 times. I am still going back and forth trying to our money back for which never should have been charged. Very disappointed and will not stay at there again. Such a hassle! "

"The room was clean and well appointed. Love the restaurant/bar that was attached to the property. Great food! Breakfast could have been better. Location by the Mississippi made for some nice views! Staff was overall quite nice!"

"Wonderful hotel, very nice bar tender and wonderful drinks. Especially enjoyed the full old world decor. Only downside was the air system in the room I was in was a little loud as it had a large duct. But I will take heat and cool over sound. "

"Room was great and clean. The downside was parking. If you like your vehicle next to your room, ask for a room away from the next door bar. We stayed 3 nights and each night could not park anywhere near our room because of the people visiting the bar. We ended up moving our vehicle outside our door around 10-11 pm every night when they left the bar. Other than that, staff was great, breakfast was good and the room was great for the price. Would stay again if in the area and it's pretty close to most attractions in the town. "
