“We booked The Mercantile on the Katy Trail as a last minute, on a whim stay during our family road trip. We couldn't believe how amazing the property was when we arrived. Every detail was thought of, and what an amazing place to stay! It was by far the best place we stayed during our multi-state road trip. Highly recommend to anyone!!!”

“Overall had a nice weekend stay and would stay here again but the hot water was very slow to come on in the shower, there is an EXIT sign in the kitchen over the back door that is visible from the bed which we did have to put a towel over and the pillows didn't offer much support but the bed was comfortable. The location is right on Main street in a popular area for college age kids to go out so it was loud late at night but there was a standing fan, and we also brought one to help drown out the……

“Very clean! The AC was broken when we arrived but Carrie was very accommodating and kept us up to date on the repairs and provided a fan for the night so we could rest well. I highly recommend them and will stay here again! ”

“Overall stay was great, and we would definitely stay again! only problems we ran into was the microwave not working properly and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was some residue left in and on the surface aera. ”
