"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was the downstairs bar. We attended after an event; the bar was full but there was plenty of seating in the area. Unfortunately, we never got waited on nor did several other guests that were sitting nearby. Besides the bar area everything else was very clean and the staff was professional. I would recommend this hotel in the future, and we would stay at this hotel again. "

"We had a double queen room and one bed didn’t have a comforter. We checked in with 4 adults but only had 3 towels in the bathroom. On the second day we asked for a comforter for the second bed and extra towels and then never received them. Elevators are a pain in the behind also. We did love all of the artwork though. "

"Hotel staff was very nice when we arrived and held our bags for us while we attended our event. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. We will be staying again."
