「First of all the hotel is part of a run down apartment complex. It smells like mildew and cigarette smoke and the room was dark and dreary and really outdated.」

「Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience」
