“The place was unoccupied except for us! Our room was fine but the premises seemed to be under renovation. No staff were available.”

Of course, accidents happen and Karen was incredibly apologetic for the mix-up and refunded us even though we did stay the night, which was SO generous. Even with the mix-up, we had a lovely……
