「I stayed here for 2+ weeks. It is a perfect location, and has everything one needs. My room was clean and offered a lot of space, including an outdoor patio on the second floor. Stove top is offered, but few cooking items. There were pots and pans and a dish rack. But not a real way to cook. 「The manager was very rude and unhelpful. The wardrobe was extremely dirty. There were a few rotten fruits, specifically a quince and a lemon, left on the shelf inside the wardrobe, and they smelled very bad. The cleaning staff had also left their cleaning equipment in the room. The room itself smelled unpleasant and was not properly cleaned. We also found a bug in the bathroom. I saw a bug in the bathroom. To make matters worse, there was no drinking water available either in the room or...

「This place has nothing to do with the pictures of this app. Has rotten walls and doors, needs lots of repairing. Besides, it is very dark, tiny and there is an heavy smell inside. The owner even did not bother paying for a name sign. I also put responsibility on hotels.com for providing this option on its portfolio. In short, we unfortunately had to forget about the money we paid and stayed in another place.」
