“All good very clean, reception were really helpful. Only downside was we didn’t have any heating for the first night which was a bit uncomfortable. They sorted it out first thing in the morning. And we may just have been unlucky. Also you have to go outside to access the pool which is a bit fresh! Overall it’s a really nice accommodation and excellent for families. ”

“Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa. Well equipped kitchen. Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area. Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out.”

“Loin des remontées, ascenseurs peu pratiques, appartement/mobilier/sanitaires vieux, literie peu confortable, piscine froide et jacuzzi interdit aux enfants ! La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous, beaucoup de poussière en arrivant dans le logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les parties communes et le comble, il faut nettoyer la cuisine alors que le ménage est censé être compris dans le prix. À ce prix il vaut mieux louer un appartement et aller au restaurant midi et soir... Nous sommes très……
