「What a beautiful place. Nestled right along Beaver Lake with views to die for. Amazing sunsets, boat watching, breathtaking views. And top off the night with a relaxing star-gazing session in the spacious hot tub!Jack was an amazing host, always in contact when needed and very accommodating. Beautiful property and wonderful host. Will definitely be back again!」

「Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

「View was as promised, the only issue we had was the steep stairs. We are older and it was inconvenient to manage the stairs. 」

「Stayed in the area for 2 nights to attend a local event and wanted a place to relax and enjoy the down time. This was an excellent choice. Quiet and right on the river. Caught fish off of the dock in the morning. Will stay there again if I am in the area. 」

「This was the perfect getaway for the holiday. The cabin is definitely secluded, which we loved and the scenery was breathtaking. 」

「Our family loved this spot! We have kids age 14, 10, and 2 and there was plenty to do in the water and around the house for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! I really appreciate having plenty of the basics available-paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, linens/towels, etc. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! 」
