「In Quest we had a well appointed clean 1bdroom apartment on 7th floor. Great for self catering, and bottle shop next door. Light rail station across the road. Walking distance of about 300m to good coffee on street near Sundale shopping precinct, for picking up supplies if needed. There’s on street parking but we chose to pay $30 for our overnight stay. Nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.」

「On the first day when we wanted to use the toaster to prepare for breakfast, it was so dirty that we had to give up. The inner side of the rice cooker was rusty and we couldn’t use it. Even the staff helped us to replace another one, the new rice cooker still didn’t work. The bathroom and kitchen floors were dusty. Even the hotel was newly opened, the carpet on the floor had patches of stain. The management of the hotel should be aware of cleanliness.」

「The biggest problem was the breakfast. Very poor quality on offer for the price. The machine coffee was terrible. I made one cup and tipped it in the garden. Also UHT milk used for cereal rather than fresh milk. We'd have been better just going to STK at the Seaview Shopping Centre down the road. The food there run rings around the Oaks.」
