「The resort is best for families. The water park is the star facility. My family enjoys the water park very much. There are other kids facilities which makes the resort to be the best for kids resort, according to my kids comments. On the other hands, it is close to Gold Coast Light Rail, which makes it very accessible to other GC locations. There is a bus stop just out side the main entrance for Sea World. If you do not drive and take public transport, it is very accessible.」

「As you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. 」

「Cause we came on the day after cyclone, so we don't have much time there for relax.」

「The entrance from Viewland Drive is not really convenient for going to Hasting Street. However, rooms are big enough and quite comfortable, staffs are very kind. I left a bag in the room after checked out and they helped me to find it back in efficiency.」

「We have 4 person booked a house have one double bed with ensuit in ground floor, other room in third floor for twin bed, there have big kitchen and nice dining room with balcony, and with garage,there is very clean and new, very nice! the swimming pool is real good, we stay two nights, price is good to get that house, only the wifi can't use till check out, that is really bad, othewise everything is good.」

「Absolutely perfect hotel for our road trip from Cairns! We received a warm welcome from staff, and were offered a free room upgrade. The room was spacious and clean, and perfectly situated near downtown Port Douglas where we walked to all our meals and the beach!」

「原本以為Dolphin feeding 是唯一的重點，沒想到這個美麗小島的一切全部都是highlight. 這裡的沙灘沙子很細，海浪很平緩，日落美景迷人，我們一定會再回來！」

「Spent 3 nights in Qualia during our visit to Great Barrier Reef. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Dinner in the long pavilion was awesome but be prepared for its high price. Taste menu is highly recommended. Overall speaking it's definitely a 5 star resort. However, with the money you spent ( at least 1250 USD per night, half board), you will surely expect something more unique and personal. 」

「It was amazing lovely hosts beautiful property so relaxing. One thing I’m a bit old lol an armchair would of been good for my old body, they have these awesome big beanbag chairs but I couldn’t use them, that’s a me thing lol 」

As a family of three, traveling with our energetic 5-year-old, we truly appreciated their cheerful and helpful attitude. They made the process of switching to a higher-floor room effortless and stress-free. What stood out even more was how thoughtful and understanding they were, always sharing empathy and ensuring our needs were met. Their warm and professional approach made our stay incredibly enjoyable, and we are truly grateful for their support.
