「delicious breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage. Other options include waffles,toast, fruit, boiled eggs ect staff is always great, kind, friendly and professional. Happy and Noni are always there to help and answer questions. Pool and hot tub are very clean with a BBQ area. Rooms have been very clean with no issues. House keeping does a great job . Thank you for another great stay. 」

「This was a memory of a previous stay here 25 years ago. Still one of the best hotels in San Francisco. We Waymo'd and used the Cable Cars to get everywhere.」

「雖然提早離開不需要房務整理，可是最後一晚沒有房務整理，但不影響住宿體驗，櫃檯有主動給予餐點一些折扣還不錯。」

「I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged.」

「We didn't prepare the snow chain and bought it at the hotel. Because we didn't use it eventually, we could return it to the hotel and being charged for a restocking fee only. It's a good service. There's a Deli in the lobby, so the foods is easily to get. A nice restaurant is also available but a bit expensive. The entire atmosphere is good. 」
