「We immediately fell in love with the property when we walking in and saw the panoramic view from the floor to ceiling windows! The weather wasn’t great for our trip, but thankfully the house was the perfect cozy escape from the rain. Our two dogs loved being close to the beach and the water. Great communication from the owner as well. Would definitely stay again (and hope for better weather) :)」

Also was very quick with responses , including when I accidentally locked myself out of the rental while bringing in luggage. 「All was good. The comunication with Jake was fine. The Location little bit outside, so you need a car for discover the dunes. Actually quiet area, only one time in the morning, if the man with the mowing machine comes at 7:00 in the morning :-) You hear the train with the loud horn, but us doesn't matter. In any case we will be back, if we visit the region again.」

「We enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Amish Cabin. The cabin was very clean and the owners were easy to contact and great to deal with. The weather was unseasonably warm and we enjoyed several hours on the deck, taking in the view and the sunshine. Distance to Shipshewana and local businesses is only a few miles, easy to get to shop/eat and at the same time relax in the quiet of the lake cabin! We have stayed at several VRBO’s and this was the first one where after our stay the owner sent a message...

「My mom, who is 91, along with my two neices and their mother, take an annual girl's trip. We rypically get a hotel, but this year we changed it up for a beachy vibe. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. The neighborhood of mostly vacation rentals was quiet and low key. The property manager was super responsive to our needs and friendly. The golf cart was a big hit! It was such fun driving around the little neighborhood and to the beach. We really enjoyed our time at the Vahalla.」

「This property was super nice and in an adorable area. Being able to have our pup was a plus, and we enjoyed walking her in the neighborhood. There are lots of conveniences nearby and it’s an easy drive to get on Highway 69. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Because I spaced an important detail, I made a last minute request of the host that she would’ve been totally fair to decline, and she was very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!」

「The Choo Choo Inn has beautiful new finishes, and everything is top notch. We cooked a delicious dinner and ate on the back deck and enjoyed the bar height table and the comfy couches too.
