"This is a wonderful place to stay. Take advantage of visiting Duff house for a glass and wine. Be sure to have the complimentary breakfast the next morning there to and take the tour. It’s a short walk from Steele house. It’s delicious, and the tour is amazing. The hostess is so wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Please take advantage of this little gem and book a night or two here. "

2/10 Terrible

"FOR THE MONEY I PAID I FEEL I NEED TO WARN OTHERS. 1. THIS HOTEL LOOKS DECENT HOWEVER THERE WERE HOMELESS PEOPLE OUTSIDE 2. I GOT A ROOM WITH DOUBLE BEDS. ONE BED WAS NOT PROPERLY SECURED I SAT DOWN ON THE EDGE OF THE BED TO TAKE OFF MY SHOES AND IT NEARLY FLIPPED ME INTO THE FLOOR, WENT TO USE THE PHONE TO CALL FRONT DESK AND THE PHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER. 3. ICE MACHINE ON FLOOR WASNT WORKING 4. THE TUB WAS GROSS THAT I WENT TO DOLLAR TREE TO BUY COMET SPRAY AND SPRAYED THE SHOWER HEAD AND THERE WAS BROWN GUNK COMING OFF AND THE TUB DRAIN WAS BROWN IT WAS DISGUSTING. 5.THE HALLWAY SMELLED LIKE SOMEONES DIRTY UNDERWEARS AND SOCKS 6. FRONT DESK WAS ON HIS PHONE WHILE WE WERE THERE TRYING TO PAY FOR OUR DRINKS. NEXT DAY THE WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK DIDNT EVEN GREET YOU OR ANYTHING IT WAS LIKE A STARE DOWN AND A HALF SMILE BREAKFAST U HAD TO PAY FOR PARKING IS A DISASTER ESPECIALLY FOR BIG VEHICLES THE BEST THING WAS THAT THE AC DID WORK GREAT BUT THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THAT I CHECKED OUT EARLY AND WENT TO STAY AT HORSESHOE CASINO. I DO NO"

10/10 Excellent

"I really enjoyed staying at the Margaritaville in Bossier City. It was a beautiful hotel, the staff at the front desk were phenomenal. We walked in without a reservation at about 7:30 PM and they were very helpful. They got the Bell boy to take our bags to our room while we parked the car. So we didn’t even have to take our luggage up. That is huge for women that are aging gently. lol. We Had a great time at the casino. And the room and all of the pictures in the elevators and in the lobby area were just beautiful."

6/10 Okay

"Actual lobby and rooms were very nice. Seems to be newly remodeled and under new management. One girl when I checked in in the afternoon was very helpful. After giving me a room with no TV remote, she switched my room to rhe first floor which was actually awesome. Realized it didnt matter though because the channel selection is dog water. Absolutely nothing besides Adult Swim. I watched my YouTube on my phone until I fell asleep. I had to make a little stand with an extra pillow because the night stand sat at a 45° angle so nothing stayed on it. This was after i took a shower and got out to realize I had no towels... luckily I travel with one I took from another establishment previously. So o dried off and got dressed. Again, the girl at the front counter was very helpful and gave me fresh everything. I also had a coworker traveling with me so he found thay very pleasant. I stepped out to hit the penjamin around 1am and accidentally locked myself out. I waited at the front counter while I listened to a short fat one snoring behind the wall. She woke up and scratched her head through her shower cap and asked what I needed, not nearly as friendly as the other one. Anyways, not the worst. Definitely the best for fifty four dollars."
