「Loved it, room was gorgeous, staff very very friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent English. Breakfast was good, pool areas were great. Access to the sea is about a 5min walk and through a neighbouring hotel, Funchal town center is about. 25min walk away. Plenty of restaurants are nearby however. One of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed at, would happily revisit」

「We loved staying at the Aqua Natura Bay in Porto Moniz. The infinity pool has an spectacular view of the North side of the island. Rooms were clean, beds and pillow were comfy. Delicious breakfast included. The only thing I would like to point out is the parking limitation. However, they offered to pay for parking outside the hotel property. This property is right across from the aquarium and one of the natural pools. I am definitely planning to stay here next time I visit the Northwest side of...

We strolled through every pathway in the property and for a flower/garden/rose lover it would be absolutely amazing in the summer when everything is in bloom. Our check-in greeting and encounters with staff were always polite and cheerful and breakfast was perfect every morning. We would happily stay here again.」
