The property was gorgeous and the cleaning staff was always very friendly, no complaints there. The room was the main issue. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, the floors felt sticky and creaked incredible loudly when walking around gently. I felt like an elephant. The room’s decorations and furniture were all plywood, which was unexpected based on how beautiful the exterior of the property is. Additionally, the sliding glass door was incredibly difficult to open, requiring us to crouch and move the door from the bottom. Breakfast prices were listed at €5 per person but we paid €8,50 per person. Regardless the breakfast was disappointing and felt overpriced. The parking was also difficult at the higher property. There wasn’t a parking lot so it was mainly street parking where we needed to turn around on a very narrow and difficult road. All in all, the area was gorgeous as was the property. With a little love and effort, could easily be a 5 star stay.

The room is terrible, the bathroom window is broken. The breakfast is really basic end it’s take 10 mn to get to the restaurant ( you have to across two roads) It’s full of mosquitoes and the electrical system was designed by an idiot. The only nice thing is the view, and that’s not thanks to you. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Mystical views in Santana...

The location is great! I stayed in one of the rooms with panoramic view of the mountains and I felt like I was in a movie. There are manby places to go hiking. I used rideshare (BOLT) to get around but it is more convenient for those that have a car. The room was spacious. There was an issue with ants but just don't leave anything out. The check in staff was not very welcoming but the ladies at breakfast are attentive. I did breakfast once, it has basic mronign fare but the next day I wanted something more local. I took many great photos. The pool water was too cool for me, but the views from the other side are spectacular, especially on a clear dar. Water was hot and flowed well. A lot of stairs to get to the panoramic view rooms and no elevator.

Ligger extremt fint precis utanför byn. Sängarna är sköna. Det är väldigt lyhört (svårt att sova, vaknar konstant av ljud), vi hade myror på rummet och frukosten var inget att hänga i julgranen. Personalen pratade inte så bra engelska och var väldigt påstridiga mot flera gäster att betala för sin frukost på ett otrevligt sätt.

Absolutely breathtaking location. Our room overlooked the ocean and we could see the sunrise every morning. The hot tubs were a perfect touch although they weren't super warm. I loved the location and scenery, however the staff was not very friendly. They refused to let us check in early even though our room was ready. That early check in could have really helped us because we only had one hour of sleep due to an early morning flight as well as one of us was sick but they had no interest in helping us. We would have been happy to even pay an early check in fee but they refused us up until literally the last minute.

The location of this property was absolutely breathtaking. But the hotel itself is extremely loud— I could hear every movement of other customers to the point I knew when they were using the restroom, it made it very hard to sleep. The rooms could use an upgrade.

Ok sans plus mais attention odeurs très fortes

La chambre est très correcte plutôt grande même si la literie est moyenne. Bouilloire et sèche cheveux à disposition. Les points noirs: le bruit du parquet qui grince très très fort, pas de rideaux occultants ni volets sur tout un pan de mur d’angle, et une odeur horrible dans la salle de bain entre fausse septique et humidité ( il faut laisser la porte de la sdb fermée pour dormir !). Il y a 2 hôtels, celui du bas rose foncé plus bas de gamme et celui du haut rose claire plus haut de gamme ; nous étions en haut au 1er étage. Pas de problème de parking.

Hatte mir das Hotel aufgrund des guten Preises und der Bilder als Unterkunft für einen Wanderurlaub mit meinem Vater ausgesucht. Was soll ich sagen... wir waren enttäuscht. Sehr enttäuscht. Das Personal war zwar meistens halbwegs freundlich und Englischkenntnisse waren vorhanden, jedoch lässt der Zustand und die Ausstattung echt zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben Anfang April leider eine sehr stürmische & regenreiche Woche erwischt, trotzdem sollte man meinen können, dass ein Hotel wenigstens dichte Fenster und eine funktionsfähige Heizung bereitstellen könnten... Die Tür zum Balkon konnte nur mit Gewalt geöffnet und oft nur von zwei Personen wieder verschlossen werden. Es hat extrem durchgezogen und reingeregnet. Daher war es im Zimmer auch ständig super kalt. Der winzige Heizkörper neben der durchlässigen Balkontür wurde nicht richtig warm und wir mussten mit Pulli und zwei Decken schlafen. Anders wäre es nicht aushaltbar gewesen. Im Bad gab es keine Heizung. Wäre für eine warme Dusche ganz angenehm gewesen oder um Klamotten und Handtücher zu trocknen. Handtücher waren dreckig und beim ersten mal Handtuchwechsel wurde ein Tuch zu wenig wieder bereitgelegt. Fernseher hatte kein Signal (wahrsch. Anschluss am Fernseher defekt). Scheint nur niemanden zu interessieren... Frühstück war im Restaurant weiter unten am Berg. Bei Regen ist der Weg dahin evtl sehr rutschig. Frühstück selbst war ganz okay... nicht viel Auswahl, aber immerhin etwas. Alles in allem: wir kommen nicht wieder.
