"Staff overall pretty friendly, same food at the buffet every day but decent. The Italian restaurant was good, the Japanese restaurant was just another buffet. The most disappointing was everyday from 2-7pm there were 3 mariachi bands playing at the same time - different songs… plus the hotels music. Every afternoon was very loud and chaotic. There will be no enjoying your sunsets from your balcony… There is also a market set up on the beach every day and you’re constantly approached on your way to the ocean. Hotel does have private beach area where the vendors are not allowed. Also the pillows were next level terrible."
