“I went looking for the ice machine
could not call the front desk from my room to ask locations so I actually went to the front desk, they stated there was a phone service issue then told me were to find the Ice machine then after going to the vending location sadly my room key would not access the Vending area. Frustrated I never got any ice”

“This property is a hotel resort and casino. We look forward to playing on the casino floor and it turns out they are doing an upgrade, which meant that if you had a win at the machines they had to hand pay you instead of receiving a ticket. It was extremely cumbersome and took away the fun. They also couldn't print players cards that customer wasn't eligible for any of the rewards. We have a non refundable reservation and had seven 7 hrs. It would have been appropriate to give us a discount on……
